How to Give: Planned Giving
A planned gift is a major gift made during your lifetime or after you pass away as a part of your overall estate plan. It is an art form that requires looking at your personal situation and creating the right mix of colors to create a masterpiece that many will enjoy.
Planned giving allows you to support charities by making larger gifts than you could from your income. While some planned gifts pay you income, other planned gifts use estate and tax planning techniques to provide for charities and other beneficiaries in ways that maximize your gift and/or minimize the impact on your estate.
Financial planning, estate planning and tax planning techniques all contribute to sound planned giving. If you want to support an important cause to you in a significant way now and in the future, please take the time to learn more about planned giving. In addition, you may receive tax and financial rewards for making a planned gift. Again, the most effective planned gifts depend on each person’s situation.
It is important to consult your professional advisors about your planned giving options. If you would like more information on how you could help CGCC Foundation through a planned gift, please contact Steph Hoppe at 541-506-6113 or su.ro1369403384.cc.c1369403384cgc@e1369403384ppohs1369403384.
