Stewardship

Everyone who makes a gift to the Leadership Annual Giving Program has the satisfaction of supporting a top-quality college with a tax-deductible contribution. The Foundation recognizes those who contribute through societies. In addition, you will receive CGCC Foundation newsletters and CGCC Annual Reports.

Societies

The Foundation has societies designed to extend appreciation and recognition to contributors who make gifts at above average levels. The recognition societies that currently exist are the Compass Club and the Columbia Gorge Society. Columbia Gorge Community College Foundation publicly recognizes contributors, unless a donor requests anonymity.

Compass Club

The Compass Club includes individuals and businesses that support the College through friend- and fund-raising efforts at all levels. The Foundation appreciates each Compass Club member and his/her contributions to building a great environment for students and strengthening our communities through education. Columbia Gorge Society

Individuals, businesses and organizations that contribute $10,000 and over become members of the Columbia Gorge Society. At The Dalles campus, a donor wall includes plaques that permanently recognize the members of Columbia Gorge Society.
